LastAlive - is a hardcore psychological survival simulator set in a world where humanity has mysteriously vanished without a trace. The entire world is an illusion created by your brain, as you are actually in a coma. Your only goal is to survive one more day, complete all the tasks, and finally wake up. Every decision leaves its mark on the pages of an old notebook, and any mistake could cost you your health, sanity, or life.

A Diary Instead of an Interface: Total Immersion

Forget about cluttered status bars and intrusive warnings. Your main source of information in the game is your own handwritten diary and your character's physical symptoms. Fever manifests through trembling hands and complaints in morning diary entries, thirst through dry lips, and declining sanity through terrifying monsters that pose a real threat to you. Weigh the risks yourself and try to make the best decisions.

Your Shelter — Your Last Fortress

Your home is a two-level outpost surrounded by wild forests and forgotten ruins. You have the power to transform it from a drafty shack into an impenetrable fortress:

• Workbench and Fortifications: Board up broken windows, patch holes in the walls, and install a heavy steel bolt on the front door to keep nighttime visitors away from your bed.

• Stove and Warmth: Build a wood-burning stove. It will protect you from dampness, allow you to cook fresh meat, brew soothing herbal infusions, and keep you warm during cold nights.

• Your Own Garden: On the lower terrace, you can set up garden beds filled with fertile soil. Grow crunchy carrots for food and medicinal sativa, essential for relieving stress and treating fever.

• Self-Sufficiency: Build rainwater collectors, upgrade filtration systems, and organize storage for your supplies.

Expeditions into the Fog of War

Supplies in your shelter won't last forever. To avoid starving to death, you'll have to use a tactical map and venture out on dangerous expeditions. Explore abandoned vehicles, damp basements, deserted pharmacies, and crashed military supply drops. Every kilometer traveled consumes time, water, and precious energy. Will you discover an abandoned stash of medical supplies or stumble upon a pack of wild animals? Will you return with a full backpack before nightfall, or lose your way in the radioactive fog? Choose your equipment wisely — excess weight could cost you your life.

The Invisible Enemy: Cold, Disease, and Madness

In the post-apocalypse, it's not just the fangs of feral dogs and predators that can kill you. The real threat lies within:

• Physical Survival: Hunger, dehydration, deep cuts, toxin poisoning, and infections. Without clean bandages, antibiotics, and splints, even a simple scratch can become a death sentence.

• The Coming Frost: Time is relentless. With each passing day, autumn gives way to winter's icy breath. If you haven't sealed the cracks in your walls and stocked up on firewood before the frost arrives, the cold night drafts will leave you with little chance of waking up healthy.

• The Battle for Sanity: Silence and loneliness drive you insane faster than hunger. As your sanity declines, various terrifying monsters begin to appear in the world. Read books, brew tea, play an old gramophone, and cling to reality with all your strength.

Every Choice Has a Price

Will you share your last handful of crackers with a bird that lands on your windowsill? Will you risk shooting a nighttime creature through the door, using your last bullet, or hide in the darkness, praying for dawn? Your decisions don't simply fade away: every morning reveals the consequences of your choices. A rescued bird might bring back a useful piece of wire in its beak, a sealed crack might protect you from catching a cold, and a hasty gunshot could attract even more dangerous creatures to your shelter.
