Wake the Wild
Crush a fruit on dead, grey ground and the grass and flowers grow back around you, and if an animal used to live there, you'll see it come home.
Rook wakes in a sleep chamber under Verdas, where his uncle hid him when the land got too sick to keep him alive. His uncle gives him the one thing he has left, an old Survey gauntlet that floats at his side, and up on the surface Rook finds crystal creatures wandering where the animals used to be and four huge Survey Corps machines still pulling the life out of everything.
Wilderwake is a 2D pixel-art action-adventure about putting it all back, one region at a time.

Features
Crush fruit on dead ground and the grass and plants knit back into place. If an animal used to live there, it comes home while you watch.
The gauntlet throws a spinning disc that you can whip back through Rook so it cuts both ways. Hold it up as a Ward, or slam down out of the air and send Wake lightning along the floor.
Four bearings let you grapple across gaps, slip through grates, ride hoist lines and hang from magnet plates.
More than thirty kinds of animal live across the regions, and no two regions share one. Record them with your Echo Scan, and keep an eye out for the gold Radiant ones, about one in a hundred.
Crystal creatures shatter like glass when you break them. Each region also has a Greatwork, a giant machine with the crystal at its heart, and you only get a few seconds at a time to hit it.
Travel by lift, tram, submarine and balloon between the purple hills of Verdas, the giant trees of Heartwood, Cindral's lava, Ferrith's snow, the temple under Thalassa and a desert freight town full of dead machines.
Twelve resonance rooms have you bend a beam of light and then walk across it, and each one holds an upgrade for your gauntlet.
Days last five minutes, so you'll see eclipses, a comet and showers of crystal meteors while you fish, wake old orchard trees and light dark caves torch by torch.
Full controller support, with button prompts for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo pads.
