Congratulations on your new role
You have been hired as the night-shift custodian for the world's most expansive, architecturally confusing public restroom. It features exactly 10,000 stalls. Your manager has one simple, non-negotiable demand: uniform toilet paper orientation. Every single roll must face the exact same direction.
The 50/50 ultimatum
Your boss is profoundly fickle and refuses to commit to a vision. He doesn’t know if he prefers the toilet paper hanging "over" or "under," and he won't make up his mind until you have meticulously aligned all 10,000 rolls.
Once you finish, he will walk the floor and make his final judgment. If he flips his coin of a brain and decides he prefers the other direction? You’re fired. Your 8-hour shift is erased. Start over.
Company policy and hazards
This isn't a simple walking simulator. The restroom is a treacherous ecosystem of strict corporate mandates and physical hazards designed to break your rhythm:
The One Plunger Constraint: A random percentage of toilets are violently clogged. You only get one plunger, kept in the starting closet, and you can only carry one item at a time. Get ready to backtrack.
Zero-Friction Flooding: Plunging is a delicate, physics-based struggle. Plunge too aggressively and the toilet overflows, creating a permanent, zero-friction puddle that will send you sliding uncontrollably past stalls for the rest of your run.
No Spam-Clicking: Try to speedrun the paper flipping? Clicking too fast unwinds the roll, leaving a messy tail on the floor. You will be forced to hold the interact button for three agonizing seconds to carefully rewind it.
The Empty Tubes: Finding a bare cardboard tube means another long walk back to the closet to retrieve a single replacement roll.
The Open Door Policy: Your boss refuses to touch the stall doors during his inspection. If you accidentally bump a door shut on your way out of a stall, you will be instantly fired for obstructing the route. Check your six.
A pure psychological endurance test
There are no checkpoints and no save-scumming. While the game saves your progress so you can clock out and resume your shift later, failure is absolute. The moment you are fired, your save file is permanently shredded. There is no UI counter to tell you if you missed stall #7,412. There is only the porcelain, the paper, and the looming dread of a 50% chance of complete heartbreak at the finish line.
Will you survive the night, or will you become another viral meltdown?
