Seeking the Dao: Nine Provinces is a pixel-art cultivation RPG set in a hand-built world of immortals and demons. Start as a nameless mortal, refine your Qi, survive the heavens' tribulations, and carve your name into the Nine Provinces — first with your sword, then with the sect you build.

Cultivate your own path

• 9 cultivation realms — climb from Qi Refining through Foundation, Golden Core and Nascent Soul all the way to Tribulation. Every breakthrough is a gamble: face your Heart Demon Trial and the Nine Heavens Thunder Tribulation.
  
• 200 skills in 7 grades — sword arts, spells, wards, curses, arrays, bursts, martial techniques and summons, from Mortal to Divine grade. Mix them on an 8-slot hotbar and watch the screen burn.
  
• 72 cultivation arts, 9 layers each — meditate at spirit veins to deepen your art; every layer strengthens matching skills, and perfecting an art changes how you fight.
  
• 6 spiritual roots shape what you learn fastest and which elements answer your call.
  

A vast world to explore

• 10 regions — Qingzhou, Yunmeng Marsh, Peach Haven, Jade Bamboo Ridge, Sunset Dunes, Crimson Flame Peaks, Frostfall Tundra, Azure Mist Range, the Demon Abyss and the far-off Penglai Isle.
  
• Fly on your sword once you reach Foundation, cross the boundless sea, and unlock ancient teleport arrays.
  
• 51 kinds of monsters, including 13 bosses, plus secret realms, bounties, villages and cities with their own stories.
  
• 365 items — brew pills at the alchemy furnace, upgrade gear at the forge, and gather herbs along the way.
  

Found a sect, train disciples

• Survey a site and raise your sect — choose the land, name your sect, pick its robes, and place 20 kinds of buildings: halls, dorms, dojos, alchemy rooms, forges, libraries, spirit fields, towers, formation arrays and more.
  
• Recruit and raise disciples — every disciple has an aptitude, a spiritual root and a realm. Assign them to training, farming, alchemy, building or guard duty, teach them your arts and skills, grant posts, and equip them from the sect armory.
  
• Grow your sect's renown — from a Fledgling camp of thatched huts to a Minor Sect, a Renowned Sect, a Great Sect and finally a Holy Land.
  

Defend your sect, face rival powers

• 16 rival powers — righteous sects, demonic cults, bandits and beast clans with their own strength and attitude toward you.
  
• Raids on your mountain gate — fight side by side with your disciples, or let the battle be settled by your sect's strength while you are away.
  
• Diplomacy and campaigns — send gifts, declare war, and dispatch disciples on campaigns to break your enemies.
