Dealer Principal: The Dealership SimulatorDealer Principal: The Dealership Simulator

Dealer Principal: The Dealership Simulator puts you in charge of a franchised new-car dealership—not just the showroom, but the entire business behind it.

Walk the store, work with your managers, make deals, manage inventory, build relationships with your manufacturer, and keep every department pulling in the same direction. Every decision ultimately comes back to one question: can you run a profitable dealership without destroying the customer experience, your staff, or your cash flow?

Run the Whole Dealership

A dealership is much more than selling cars. Manage the interconnected departments and systems that keep the store alive:

• New and used vehicle inventory

• Vehicle acquisition, trades, pricing, and aging

• Sales and deal desking

• Finance and insurance

• OEM allocation, incentives, and franchise expectations

• Service and parts operations

• Recon and vehicle readiness

• Staffing, payroll, and department performance

• Customer satisfaction and reputation

• Dealership expenses, debt, floorplan, and cash flow

Work the Deal, Not Just the Spreadsheet

Meet customers on the sales floor, structure transactions at the Sales Desk, evaluate trades, work through financing, and send completed deals into F&I.

A deal that looks great on gross profit can still hurt the dealership if the trade is wrong, the inventory is aging, financing falls apart, or the customer leaves unhappy.

Live With Your Inventory Decisions

Vehicles are working capital sitting on asphalt.

Decide what to stock, what to trade for, what to acquire used, what to discount, and when to cut your losses. Balance availability against carrying cost, aging, demand, and the cash your dealership needs elsewhere.

Manage the Franchise Relationship

Operating a franchised dealership means answering to more than your customers.

Work within manufacturer expectations, vehicle allocation, incentives, training requirements, facility standards, and performance targets while still making the decisions that are right for your store.

Fixed Operations Matter

Sales may get the attention, but service and parts can determine whether the dealership actually works.

Manage service capacity, customer-pay work, warranty business, technicians, parts availability, and the customer experience after the vehicle leaves the showroom.

A Dealership You Can Actually Walk Through

Dealer Principal combines detailed business simulation with a first-person, physical dealership. Move between the showroom, Sales Desk, F&I offices, management offices, customer lounge, service department, and other operational areas instead of running the entire company from one abstract menu.

Build a Better Store

Start with a believable single-point franchised dealership and improve it through better decisions, stronger departments, better employees, smarter inventory management, and disciplined capital allocation.

There is no single perfect way to run the store. You decide what kind of dealer principal you want to become.
