BACKROOMS: REALITY FAILURE is a first-person psychological horror game where an ordinary first day at work turns into a nightmare.
You are a new employee at a high-security office complex. Everything seems normal until you fall asleep.
When you wake up, something is wrong.
👁 Something Is Wrong
The office looks familiar, but your coworkers are no longer acting like people.
Motionless figures stand silently throughout the building, watching as you explore its empty halls.
The building is quiet.
That does not mean you are alone.
✉ Someone Was Here Before You
Find letters left behind by someone who came before you.
Their notes reveal fragments of what happened, the rules of this strange place, and clues that may lead to a way out.
But can you trust them?
🔦 Find a Way Out
Explore distorted office spaces, search for essential items, and follow the path left behind by someone who almost escaped.
Keep moving. Understand the rules. Decide what can still be trusted.
And discover whether this place has an exit at all.
Maybe you were never looking for the exit.
