\"Spirit energy leaks straight out of him. The whole sect calls him worthless. Only the ink jade at the bottom of the stream knows where it all went."\

\

Your Enemy Is Your Furnace\

You cannot cultivate the way others do. The Devouring Edge offers exactly one path: clash your blade against theirs at the instant the strike lands, take their power, and make it yours.

When the character above an enemy lights up, that is your window — and while it is lit, pressing block will always land the clash. No guessing. See it, press it.

\

Win a Fight, Earn a Painting\

Every clash, every execution, every step you take is remembered in ink. Victory condenses into a one-of-a-kind ink-wash painting stamped with a vermilion seal, stored in your scroll case — the better you fight, the more beautiful the painting.

Finish a fight untouched and you earn a Divine Grade.

\

Build Your Cultivator\

Three branches of technique, eight sword intents, forged equipment, alchemy, and bonds with three women who each have their own reasons for standing beside you. From the day your engagement is torn up in front of the entire sect, you climb — one fight at a time.

\

And Then\

You will finish three chapters and think you have beaten the game.

The second time through is when it actually begins.
