Planet Munchers is a 3D incremental destruction game about turning a handful of hungry woodlice into a world-devouring swarm. Start on a tiny grey meteorite. Your bugs crawl, dig and eat automatically while you spend Chunks, choose the next planet and help the brood break through its defenses.

Every bite builds your swarm

Spend the Chunks from each meal on more munchers, stronger bites, faster movement and richer feeding. Grow from a small pack into a late-game swarm of up to 10,000 creatures. Watch them work across the surface, crawl into cavities and finish the last scraps.

Choose the next meal

Two destinations appear in space after each planet. Hover to compare their rewards and drawbacks, then send your swarm straight to its next feeding ground. Discover 64 planet choices, from soft worlds and mineral-rich rocks to skulls, pumpkins, hollow geodes and impossible cosmic shapes. Take an easier meal, chase more DNA or risk tougher defenses for a bigger reward.

Bank DNA when an expedition ends and invest in 98 permanent adaptations on a tree that branches out from the centre. Start with more bugs, extend your clock, sharpen their instincts and develop armored crushers, supportive tenders or winged attackers. Support research helps your Nursery brood tackle the enormous later worlds.

Conquer nine solar systems and 45 worlds. Each guardian secures a checkpoint for future expeditions; your current swarm and remaining time carry straight into the next system. Three save slots let you grow separate colonies.

Crack the worlds that fight back

Buried turrets, shielded machinery and nine guardians stand between your brood and dinner. Aim a laser through the planet, tear chunks loose with a voxel nuke or peel away exposed layers with Shockwave. Unlock ability variants and winged attackers to support your crawling swarm as it pushes beyond Worldheart into lattices, nested shells and giant helices.

One clock. A different swarm every run.

Unlock Time Trial after the first two systems and attempt all 45 worlds on one 20-minute clock. Planet choices offer temporary adaptations alongside their modifiers, letting you build a new swarm during each attempt. Your campaign DNA and research remain safe. Chase faster clears, master every system and work toward 100 achievements, including demanding collection and speed challenges.

Built for the joy of destruction

Dense crawling packs, flying voxel fragments and tumbling chunks make every feeding frenzy visible. Keep the world in view with a compact side HUD, rotate and zoom the camera, and enjoy an arcade sci-fi soundtrack while your tiny brood becomes a planetary problem.
