Survive the night by fending off waves of insatiable enemies. In this deck-building, soulslike, cooking roguelite, every card is an ingredient. Cook them into dishes, stack their effects, and serve before you're the one who gets eaten.
Cook your cards
Every ingredient does one thing: deal damage, multiply, shock, freeze, repeat. Load a few into a pan, and they cook into a single dish card that does it all at once. Order matters. Each ingredient has a rank from 1 to 13, and rank decides where its effect lands in the dish. Put saffron above your ghost peppers, and it multiplies each one.
Hunt for poker hands
Pairs, sets, straights, and flushes give a dish its shape, and shaped dishes hit harder. Combine them, like a flush with a pair, to compound the effect. Empty your whole hand into shaped dishes, and you earn a Second Course: a fresh hand and more heat in the same turn. Chain it into a Third.
Wreck the table
Shock a row of enemies and every hit arcs from seat to seat. Splash, freeze, poison, and detonate your way through the crowd. Fill a rack of spices that power up every dish, and a shelf of relics that trigger when you cook, throw, or kill.
Take down the bosses
Fight through three acts and eight bosses, from Gorge, the Ninth Mouth to Grand Glutton Obeleth, First of the Fed. Find their glowing weak spots and hit them hard.
Come back stronger
Survive the gauntlet to earn souls. They're yours for good, even if you die. Spend them at the Forge to permanently upgrade your ingredients, spices, relics, and cookware, plus your own health and luck.
