LAST SIGNAL is a tactical stealth-puzzle game built around a single rule: Plan before you move.
You play as Kai Voss, a former operative for SOVEREIGN. Years after leaving the faction, Kai discovers S.H.A.D.E. (Stealth Hardware for Autonomous Deployment and Exfiltration) an abandoned Stealth-class robot built during the early phase of the war. Its original mission was never deployed: infiltrating the last fortified human strongholds.
Chart S.H.A.D.E.'s route through facility, past patrols and camera sweeps, cell by cell. Assign every hack, every hiding spot, and every hold. Then commit — and watch the plan resolve. If it holds, you're through. If it doesn't, rewind and try again.
KEY FEATURES
Plan First, Move Second
Build the entire run before committing to it. Place each step and action on the grid, then execute your plan and watch it play out from start to finish.
No Combat, Just Consequences
S.H.A.D.E. can't fight. Every guard, camera, and patrol route is something to route around, not something to defeat. One contact ends the mission.
Hack the Facility Against Itself
Terminals, cameras, servers, and vaults aren't just obstacles — they're tools. Chain them together to unlock doors, blind camera zones, or bring down sections of the facility entirely.
Every Move Costs Power
S.H.A.D.E runs on battery. Movement drains it — waiting, hacking, commandeering equipment, and cloaking out of sight via the Adaptive Cloaking System drain it faster. Spend it where it counts, or find yourself with nothing left when you need it most.
Commandeer Heavy Equipment
Hijack cranes, forklifts, and facility vehicles mid-run. Move machinery, reroute patrols, clear a path, or open an exit that wasn't there a moment ago.
Escort the Vulnerable
Free prisoners along the way and guide them to safety. They move with you step by step, but their exposure to guards can trigger detection just like yours. Hiding protects S.H.A.D.E. — not them.
20+ missions across the SOVEREIGN research network, each built around a different facility layout, device chain, and failure state. The deeper you go, the less stable the signal becomes.
One signal. One robot. No second chances.
Until you rewind the plan and try again.
