One club. One career. Every decision.
Pick a club out of 1,000, across 60 leagues in 47 countries, take the dugout and get to work. The board has set you a target for the season and they will hold you to it. Everything else is yours: the starting eleven, the tactics, the transfers, the academy, the training and the bills.
And you play the match yourself
Before every game you choose how to live it:
Result — the final score right away, with possession, shots, both line-ups, the substitutions and a minute-by-minute account. A whole season fits into an evening.
Match in 3D — a purpose-built 3D engine with real football. Watch it from the stands while the AI plays your side and you call the tactics and the changes, or step onto the grass and take control of one player with keyboard or gamepad: pass, shoot, tackle, win the ball back. Switch between the two mid-match. Your bench is always your call, and there is instant replay.
A transfer market you have to negotiate
Signing a player is not one button and a wait. First you agree the fee with the club, then the wages with the player, with rounds, counter-offers and flat refusals. There are release clauses, loans in both directions, free agents, contract terminations with a payoff, and transfer windows tied to real dates: until 31 August, and January. Anything you have not scouted stays blurred, with a margin of doubt that only closes when you send someone to watch him up close.
The whole club, not just the eleven
Squad and player profile — 14 attributes, potential, contract, release clause, fitness and stats per competition.
Youth academy — youngsters with hidden potential who grow week by week, with a regional bias, promoted for good at 21.
Training — weekly intensity and focus per group, with real consequences for fitness, growth and injuries.
Treatment room — every injury with its type, its length and its return date, plus squad insurance with a yearly premium.
Backroom staff — five roles you can feel: doctor, fitness coach, assistant manager, goalkeeping coach and tactical analyst.
Facilities — stadium expansion, matchday services, academy, medical centre, scouting network and training ground.
Finances — wages every week, gate receipts from real attendance, TV money, a sponsorship you negotiate, bank loans, and debt that shuts the transfer market on you if you overreach.
A real season
A home-and-away league on a real calendar — league at the weekend, cup and Europe midweek — a knockout national cup in all 47 countries, three continental competitions with a group stage and knockouts, promotion play-offs, relegations, and an end of season where veterans retire, contracts run out and the board judges you. Hit the target and you stay, maybe a bigger club calls. Miss it and you are looking for work.
And the national team too
Take charge of a national team —on its own, alongside your club, or while out of work waiting for offers. The league stops for the international breaks and you pick your squad. Every season brings continental qualifying, drawn from pots of the world ranking, and every summer a tournament: the World Cup of Nations, with its play-off, and the continental cups the year after. Knockouts go to extra time and penalties, and you take the shoot-out yourself: you shoot, and you choose where your keeper dives. The federation sets you a goal and sacks you if you miss it.
Your career is written down
The history screen keeps every season, every club you have managed, every trophy and every record. Forty consecutive seasons have been played through end to end: players age and retire, the academy restocks, clubs go up and down, and every country's pyramid still adds up.
What you see is what you get
Offline. No account, no telemetry, nothing sent anywhere. It plays start to finish without an internet connection.
No DRM, no ads, no in-game purchases. What you install is the whole game.
Unlimited saves, each one its own file, on your own machine.
Easy to read: interface size adjustable up to 150% with Ctrl + and Ctrl −, and a light or dark theme.
Every player has a face, drawn for the game: the same one in the squad, in the market and on the pitch.
Squad editor included: rename clubs, adjust ratings, create players or drop in your own crests — and go back to the original whenever you want.
Clubs, players, crests and competitions are fictional, generated for this game. The structure is the real one: every country with its divisions, its reserve sides and its cup.
Language note: DerbiManager's interface and in-game text are in Spanish only. There is no voice acting, and the game is playable offline with no account.
