Become your pet’s pet.
A new home, a new job and a fresh start. You’ve just moved in, and you’re tired of being alone in an empty house. So you buy a fish for company. It seemed like a good idea.
The next morning, a voice wakes you up. You head downstairs and find your fish out of the water. He talks, mocks you and has already decided how things are going to work: he’s the master, and you obey. Disobedience has consequences.
Fish Owns You is a first-person management game blending horror and dark humor. Your goal is simple: earn enough to survive your new master’s whims.
Your shift. His money.
Run the minimarket, serve customers, guide them to the right aisles and restock the shelves. While you work, Fish plans how to spend your money. Every night brings another shopping spree: ridiculous objects, food and other unpredictable purchases pile up in what used to be your home.
Honest work isn’t enough.
Your minimarket wages can’t keep up. To earn more, you’ll have to get your hands dirty: kill customers, hide their bodies and sell them on the black market. Buy equipment to help with your activities and watch out for the police. A customer can become extra income, but getting caught can cost you everything.
You can’t afford to fail.
Watch your money and make sure you can cover Fish’s spending. When your money runs out, so does your life: your master accepts no excuses.
You work. He spends.
