Blood warns that the Beast is near. Moving air hints at a deadly drop. Record observations and test your theories in a field journal, sketch notes on your map, and leave chalk marks on the cave walls. Throw scrap into a passage and listen before committing to the crawl. When you've pinned down your target, steady your aim and time your shot.
Keep your nerve
A brighter lantern reveals more of the cave, but burns through fuel faster. Tight passages drain your air, gas makes an open flame dangerous, and dwindling sanity brings spiders closer. Find a grotto to recover, remember the route back, and be ready to abandon a careful plan when something starts chasing you.
Shape your next expedition
Scavenge arcana cards, protective runes, and mysterious parchments to change how you explore and survive. Choose which powers to equip, spend scrap on card upgrades, and turn earned experience into permanent improvements. Fresh cave layouts, six difficulty settings, and custom cave options give you new routes to unravel and let you choose how hard the next hunt will push you.

Beast Hunt leans heavily on arachnophobia, claustrophobia, nyctophobia, and amalgamation horror. Players will encounter large spiders, extreme confinement and narrow tunnels, prolonged darkness, and (possibly) a creature formed through the grotesque merging of multiple organisms.
