About This Game

European Air Freight Tycoon is a management simulation in which you establish and strategically expand your own air cargo airline.

Start with a modest aircraft, secure your first delivery contracts, and grow your company step by step into an international European airfreight network. Plan flight routes between 26 real European airports, manage fuel expenses, optimize timetables, and decide when expansion makes strategic sense.

Aircraft, pilots, airport facilities, and production chains must be operated economically. Every decision directly impacts your company’s profit, reputation, and growth.

Gameplay

Organize cargo contracts through spot market offers or long-term routes, bundle shipments efficiently, and design precise weekly schedules for your aircraft. Manage your fleet through factory purchases, operating leases, or self-assembly in private hangars, hire licensed pilots, and establish branch offices across major European hubs.

Keep operational overhead under control while accounting for fluctuating kerosene prices, weather patterns, airframe wear, and mandatory crew duty limitations. Acquire raw material deposits at suitable locations, refine materials, and construct your own aircraft. Meanwhile, rival airlines compete for market share and influence supply and demand.
