Sveta is a satirical single-player narrative adventure set in the contemporary Serbian city of Novi Sad. The game follows a superstitious unemployed lad, Svetislav, nicknamed “Sveta”, as he investigates a mysterious sewage overflow and a sudden infestation of Neon Slimes. Along the way, he joins Jehovah’s Witnesses and embarks on a bizarre quest to find the legendary Pot of Greed, a myth that may hold the key to the source of the madness slowly consuming the city. Players explore stylized urban locations inspired by Novi Sad, including pizzerias, betting shops, apartment blocks, clinics, parks, cemeteries, and sewer tunnels. Gameplay focuses on quest solving, dialogue choices, item collection, environmental interaction, and meeting eccentric NPCs with their own agendas, stereotypes, rumors, and side stories.
