Begin as an officer bound by orders, a noble seeking to restore their family's standing, a believer backed by a religious order, a merchant burdened with an enormous loan, or a magnate who simply wants a warship of their own. Each background gives you a different starting point. Where you go from there is up to you.
Sail an Open World
Travel between cities, negotiate with captains you meet along the way, take on missions, or seek out profitable trade routes. Steer clear of conflict, or join a battle already underway and turn the tide.
Build a Fleet of Your Own
Buy and sell ships, weapons, and carrier aircraft, and assemble a fleet suited to your needs. Refit your ships' weapons, manage fuel and cargo space, and balance an expanding fleet against the rising cost of keeping it operational.
Command Fleet Battles
Deploy and command multiple formations in battles between warships of many different classes, or take direct control of a warship and charge into the gunfire.
