Three cats. One kitchen. Three different perspectives.
Cat Chefs is a first-person online cooking co-op for three players. Bring two friends into the kitchen and take on three roles with different limits on sight, hearing and speech. The chef who spots a problem may struggle to explain it, while the one handling the stove sees the kitchen in a completely different way. Getting through a shift means sharing what you know and trusting your teammates.
A role for every chef
- Blind: Navigate through a stylized, limited-range view and use heat and cooking-time cues to keep track of food on the stove or in the oven.
- Deaf: Work around muffled voice communication and use your mop to keep dirty, slippery floors under control.
- Mute: Consult the recipe book and help the team prepare the right meals while working around restricted speech.
Each role changes the information you can use and the way you help the team. Find a rhythm that works for all three of you.
From ingredients to orders
Chop and process ingredients, assemble meals and manage cooking on the stove and in the oven. Divide the work, pass food between teammates and serve customer orders. Keep an eye on what is cooking: a finished ingredient can burn if it stays on the heat too long.
Keep the kitchen moving
Dirty floors and oil spills turn a simple trip across the kitchen into another team problem. Make time for cleaning while keeping orders moving. At the end of the day, take a break and choose your roles for the next shift.
Build your three-chef crew
Designed for exactly three players in online co-op. Each player needs their own copy of the game and an internet connection. Bring two friends, share the jobs and see how well you can cook together when everyone experiences the same kitchen differently.
