The Dark Aegis blends visceral third-person combat with deep base building for 1-4 players. Build a fortress around the AEGIS, then hold strong as the hordes attempt to tear down your defenses.

CHOOSE YOUR CLASS

Hold the breach as the Bulwark, control the battlefield as the Vanguard, or strike from the skies as the Helion.

WHAT GOES UP MUST STAY UP

Raise walls, towers, gates and battlements brick by brick. Your buildings require support, so reinforce them with beams and pillars.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE GATES

When the swarm comes, funnel them into chokepoints and kill boxes to make quick work of them, but watch out for siege titans. No gate, wall, or tower can survive their onslaught for long.

GO BIG, THEN GO HOME

Each round the AEGIS shield expands and opens up more of the alien wilds. Venture forth to complete objectives for powerful rewards, but keep one eye on the clock. You'll want to be home when the AEGIS fully retracts - that's when the real assault begins.

All progression is permanent. That first ring of walls and towers you put up will one day be the last line of defense in a mighty citadel. Unlock new defenses, beef up your walls, craft deadly loadouts, and see how much punishment your squad can handle.
