You play as a Security Guard in Hospital Clínico Central, your job is to patrol the floors of the Hospital, checking for the normal operation of the building during the night shift.
Beware about the infection and the infected, don't get too close from suspected carriers as they are known for their aggressive behavior and you'll be infected in case of an attack. But this is still a hospital, try to keep your humanity and make sure they aren't really just people in need.
