Who can you spare—and for how long?
In Fate of the Guild, you do not control a single hero. You lead the guild that gives every
hero a home, a purpose, and a reason to return.
Your headquarters is a living place. Members cross the courtyard, carry supplies, build walls,
forge equipment, study, hunt, rest, and prepare for whatever the world sends next. Every order
takes a real person away from something else.
Build a headquarters that works
Place and improve the buildings your guild needs. Distance matters: resources are carried through
the courtyard, workshops depend on storage, darkness stops unlit work, and defenses only protect
you when they are ready before danger arrives.
Every member matters
Your guild is a small roster of individuals, not a disposable crowd. Members have their own
appearance, traits, energy, equipment, capabilities, and personal history. The best person for a
mission may also be the worker, scholar, hunter, or defender you cannot afford to lose today.
Absence is the real cost
Missions, crises, travel, injuries, and exhaustion all consume time. Before sending a team away,
weigh what they can achieve against what will stop, weaken, or remain undefended at home.
Explore a world that moves with you
Reveal a fantasy world of roads, regions, settlements, and dangerous places. Travel takes days on
the same clock that drives work and events at headquarters. Distance is never free.
Write the guild's chronicle
Choices, failures, injuries, deaths, discoveries, and victories become the history of your guild.
You are not assembling the perfect party—you are deciding which people can be absent when every
pair of hands already has a purpose.
