Rain on neon signs, undead in the streets. Seoul's nights are carved up between rival vampire Lords, and their legions of zombies, skeletons and monsters pour through the city from Myeongdong to Jamsil.

You are a Lord too, but you don't rule from a throne. Take direct control, draw your blade and cut a path through the horde, with your Companions at your side.

You are the Lord

• Hands-on action, every second. Three-hit sword combos with a dashing finisher, a charged crimson wave, a rush that closes the gap and chains that drag up to 12 enemies to you. The Lord is never on auto-battle.
• Read, dodge, punish. Enemies telegraph their attacks. Slip past with the Blood Dance Step, and dodge at the last instant for a Perfect Dodge and a short window of guaranteed critical hits.
• Break and execute. Wear down an enemy's Poise to stagger it, then finish weakened foes with an Execution.
• Style Rank. A live C to S rank and combo counter show how well you fight, and every stage ends with a rank of its own.

Blood is power

• Fighting up close fills your Blood Gauge. Strikes, kills and Perfect Dodges all feed it.
• Spend Blood on Executions, or fill the gauge and call down Blood Moon Descends: 12 seconds of greater power, speed and life drain.
• Bloodblade Drain sweeps a wide arc and restores your life from every enemy it hits.

Companions, and the players who possess them

• Nine Companions, each with a role of their own: the Mad Hound's stomp, the Enforcer's frenzy combo, the Bat Dancer's bat barrage, the Shadow's ambush, the Miko's binding talismans, the Mudang's spirit blessing, the Surgeon's emergency transfusion, the Blood Kin's shared blood and the Seer's weak-point marks.
• Take four of them into battle. They fight on their own and focus whatever you strike.
• Possession co-op: other players who own the game can join your session online and possess your Companions, up to four at once. Your Lord always stays yours.
• If a guest goes idle, the AI takes the Companion back. Solo play is complete on its own.

Seoul after dark

• Fight across six districts: Myeongdong, Gwanghwamun, Dongdaemun, Yeouido, Gangnam and Jamsil. Rain-soaked shopping streets, palace courtyards, riverside parks and lakeside promenades, from midnight to dawn.
• Go underground into four dungeons: Euljiro Ghost Station, City Hall Bunker, Sealed Institute and Jongno Rift.
• Face zombies, skeletons, imps, werewolves, necromancers and rival vampires, and the bosses who rule each district.
• K-horror meets neon noir in an anime-style look.

Build your Lord

• Skill Variants: each of the Lord's seven skills unlocks variants, 28 in all, that change how it moves or what it rewards.
• Traits: swear an Oath, shape a 30-node tree and crown it with a Keystone.
• Equipment: six slots, five rarities and 12 Legendary items whose Engravings trigger on Executions, Perfect Dodges, Poise breaks and more.
