KROSTEL: Architecture Bureau Simulator is a business management game about building an architecture and engineering company from the ground up.
You start with a small office, limited cash and no team. Find your first clients, hire architects, take on projects and keep the company alive. As the bureau grows, every decision becomes more important: salaries increase, deadlines overlap, employees go on vacation, clients change their minds and larger projects require engineers, estimates, surveys and outside contractors.
Build your team
Hire architects, engineers, project managers, sales managers and executives. Every employee has different skills, speed, quality and characteristics. Develop strong specialists, manage workload and decide when it makes more sense to hire or outsource.
Compete for contracts
Clients do not automatically choose your bureau. Evaluate opportunities, choose how aggressively to price your proposal and compete against other firms. Reputation, price, quality, workload and your ability to start quickly can all affect the result.
Manage real business pressure
Revenue alone is not enough. Pay salaries, taxes, office expenses and contractors while keeping enough cash available for the next month. Use financing when necessary, but debt can create new problems of its own.
