A fork. A colander. A machine you cannot trust.
Sisyphus has decided he is owed a little luck. He takes the essentials — a fork and a colander — and heads down to find its source. The descent will teach him what one more attempt costs.
Build your own luck
Swords, shields, hearts, skulls, and coins: five symbol types shape every fight. Add them to your pool, remove unwanted ones, and raise their values. Change the pool and you change the odds. Rewards offer random choices; the option your build needs may never appear.
Make the parts work together
Install machine parts that change what your symbols do: turn protection into heat, apply poison, preserve resources, and trigger further effects. Space is limited. Fitting a new part can mean dismantling the combination that kept you alive.
Choose where the next strike lands
Enemies reveal their intentions. Decide which threat to remove first and when to use your parts’ active abilities. Armor, healing, heat, and lingering effects can carry you through a fight — if your machine knows how to use them.
Keep descending
Choose a route through battles, events, rest stops, and shops. Three floors lead from faded meadows and forests into stone depths and the frozen bottom of the world, all the way to Heaven. New enemies demand new decisions.
Death ends the run. Unlocked parts, bestiary records, and what you learned remain. The next machine must be built from scratch
