Patients are dropped off on the median strip. Get to them first, dodge oncoming traffic, and drag them back to your hospital.

Dump troublesome patients on your rivals. Steal the profitable ones from right under their noses. You can even intercept the medical supplies they've ordered.

Patients come first. Revenue also comes first.

Wave Mode: Survive Your Opening Hours

The moment your hospital opens, patients start pouring in.

Treat as many as you can during business hours to earn money. After closing, spend your earnings on new beds, medical equipment, and upgrades. And don't forget to clean the blood off the floors.

With each wave, more patients arrive, and their injuries become increasingly severe.
