Blood Covenant is a 1–4 player co-op survival horror job-sim. You and your crew are hazmat cleaners on the night shift, taking contracts from a dispatcher who knows a lot more than he's telling you. The first job is Hargrove Psychiatric Institute, an abandoned hospital with a history nobody wants to talk about, and it won't be the last.

How a shift works

You clock in at the van, grab your tablet and read the night's directives before heading inside. On paper the work is simple enough: scrub the blood, seal the breaches and bag whatever's been left behind. The trouble is that every tool you use makes noise, and the things in the building are listening.

While you work, pay attention to what's going on around you. Something has moved in, and it leaves signs. Log what you notice in the Ledger, compare notes with your crew and name it before you light the altar. The altar has to be paid in vials, in the crew's wages or in a crewmate's blood, and if you name the wrong Tenant, it comes for you instead.

Once the work is done, hold out until the van comes back and get everyone on board. You get paid, you spend it at the black market, and you take the next contract, which is always a little worse than the one before.
