Welcome to the "Truth of Boria" editorial office.
You will rise from the head of a small-town rag to the manager of the country’s largest and most influential print publication—or perhaps even become its sole owner.
Seek out promising stories and sensational scoops, cater to your audience, find common ground with the original owner, balance the interests of powerful figures and political forces, compete with rivals, cultivate skilled staff, prioritize security, and decide whether to keep the authorities at arm's length or embrace them.
Funds are constantly in short supply, and you will regularly have to worry about keeping the newspaper afloat while steadily working toward your cherished goal. You must choose whom to support and whom to fight. Will you constantly struggle to make ends meet, or will you live in luxury and take bribes, compromising your conscience in the process?
You will have to constantly monitor your character's physical and mental health while adding variety to their personal life. A continuous stream of decisions will either turn you into a highly influential figure in the "Fourth Estate" or lead to a disgraceful dismissal—or even your demise.
We hope you enjoy the game!
