The spuds have gone to war.
Spudfall is a fast, real-time artillery brawler starring a battlefield of very angry potatoes. There are no turns and no waiting: everyone aims, charges and fires at the same time. Arc a shot over a mountain, bounce it off a cliff, roll it down a hill into an enemy trench, or dig straight through the ground beneath their feet.
The terrain is fully destructible, so every blast reshapes the battlefield. Craters become traps, peaks become rubble and that safe spot behind the hill won't last. Win three rounds to take the match, spend your winnings in the shop, and push deeper into a campaign where the maps get wilder, the wind gets meaner and the AI gets sharper.
Features
Real-time artillery — aim, charge and fire simultaneously. Shoot down incoming shells with tater-tot intercepts, and turbo- or rocket-jump out of danger.
22 weapons, plus the trusty Spud — Triple Taters, Spudling MIRVs, Hash Brown Clusters, Rolling Russets, Digger Tubers, Heat-Seeking Yams, Mash Mines, Peeler Lasers, Mud Walls, Teleport Tubers, shields and more. Upgrade each one up to level 5.
Weapons unlock as you progress — start with a focused arsenal and earn the heavy hitters level by level.
Fully destructible terrain across 9 map styles — peaks, hills, valleys, summits, plateaus, terraces, crater fields, spires and broken ground, all procedurally generated.
Wind that fights back — calm on the first level, then shifting speed and direction mid-round as the campaign heats up.
Couch multiplayer for up to 4 players — mix keyboard and any combination of Xbox, PlayStation and Switch controllers. Fill the field with AI to reach 6 potatoes.
Online play — host or join Steam lobbies with a simple lobby code, or invite friends straight from Steam.
Steam Remote Play Together — share your couch with friends online, and stream to your TV, Steam Link or Steam Deck.
AI spuds with personality — from clumsy rookies who occasionally blow themselves up to Elite spuds that grow deadlier every level.
Leaderboards — compare your campaign runs with friends and the world.
68 original synthwave tracks — tense intros, driving battle themes and breakbeat showdowns that speed up when the round comes down to the wire.
Daily Spud, Career and achievements — a fixed daily run with its own leaderboard, a Career that tracks your stats, player level and weapon mastery, 22 Steam achievements, and a speedrun mode with split times.
Seasonal events — limited-time events throughout the year bring themed worlds, special weapons and fresh challenges.
Last potato standing wins. Everyone else becomes mash.
