BUILD YOUR BASKETBALL WORLD

Take control of a professional basketball organization and shape every part of its future.

Baseline Basketball Manager is a deep basketball management simulation focused on roster building, scouting, tactics, contracts, player development and long-term decision-making.

Build a contender, tear everything down and rebuild through the draft, chase established stars or develop the next generation yourself. Every season creates a different league.

BUILD THE ROSTER YOUR WAY

Trade players and draft picks, negotiate contracts and manage your roster around both basketball value and financial reality.

AI-controlled organizations evaluate deals based on their own direction, needs, finances, player value and future plans — meaning the market evolves around you rather than waiting for you.

• Player and pick trades

• Multi-asset trade packages

• Salary-clearing moves

• Sign-and-trades

• Free agency

• Team and player options

• Restricted and unrestricted free agents

• Contract and roster management

MASTER THE DRAFT

Follow prospects throughout the season, build your draft board and decide how much information you trust.

Trade up, trade down or accumulate future assets as AI teams pursue their own targets on draft night.

Your scouting department will not always have perfect information — and betting on the wrong player can shape your franchise for years.

SCOUT A LIVING PLAYER MARKET

Players are more than ratings.

Scout their strengths, weaknesses, role, potential, tendencies and fit within your system. Knowledge develops over time, and incomplete information forces you to make real decisions instead of simply reading a number.

TAKE CONTROL OF THE COURT

Build your rotation, assign minutes and define player roles.

Shape how your team plays through tactical instructions and adapt throughout the season as your roster changes.

A great roster still needs a system that makes sense.

DEVELOP PLAYERS OVER MULTIPLE SEASONS

Young players grow, veterans decline and careers develop differently from save to save.

Training, opportunity, role, personality and team situation all influence development. A prospect buried on the bench may develop very differently from one given responsibility immediately.

MANAGE PEOPLE, NOT JUST NUMBERS

Players react to their role, minutes, contracts, team performance and the decisions you make.

Handle unhappy players, agent conversations, media questions and expectations inside the locker room.

A move that makes sense on paper may still create consequences elsewhere.

EXPERIENCE THE ENTIRE BASKETBALL OFFSEASON

The season does not end when the final buzzer sounds.

Navigate:

• Draft lottery

• Draft night

• Team and player options

• Free agency

• Contract negotiations

• Trades

• Summer roster decisions

• Player development

• Preseason preparation

Every offseason can completely reshape the league.

A WORLD THAT MOVES WITHOUT YOU

Every organization has its own direction.

Contenders pursue immediate upgrades. Rebuilding teams value youth and future assets. Teams under financial pressure may clear salary. Players change roles, develop, decline, become dissatisfied and move around the league.

You are managing one organization inside a basketball world that continues making decisions of its own.

YOUR TEAM. YOUR SYSTEM. YOUR LEGACY.

There is no single correct way to build a champion.

Draft and develop. Trade aggressively. Build around one superstar. Create a deep roster. Tear everything down and start again.

Baseline Basketball Manager gives you the tools. The decisions are yours.
