Story

Black fire carries time away; ash shrouds space. The earth has been torn into countless worlds trapped in cycles.

The spacetime containment device known as the “Infinite Corridor” seals regions on the brink of destruction away from the world. The imprisoned worlds repeat endlessly, retreading their suffering amid ash and black fire, awaiting a chance to break the cycle.

The amnesiac girl xisiteling wanders through the Corridor. She travels from one looping world to another, seeking only the figure of a friend from her memories. Yet within these cycles, she continually witnesses the struggles and bonds of others. Every time she enters a world, she leaves behind an unforgettable encounter; but as the cycles turn, all warmth eventually fades, and only she retains the memories of the past.

The mottled scars covering her body are marks condensed from lost memories. She wields a sheathless longsword and uses cards as a medium to collect shattered pasts and confront the truth deep within the cycles.

Within the endless Corridor, who is sustaining this loop? Where is her vanished friend? And how can the trapped worlds be set free?

This is a roguelike adventure about memory, pain, and breaking free. Every choice you make will rewrite the course of the cycle.

Game Features

1. Fairy Tales as Source Material: Different Worlds, Different Stories, Different People

Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, One Thousand and One Nights... These familiar fairy tales receive new interpretations in the game. Colorful stories build vibrant worlds, yet these worlds are cut apart by space, becoming mottled fragments on the map, and divided by time into past, present, and future. Thus, you move through space, drift through time, make choices in different events, and change the world through choice after choice. Along the way, you meet different people—proud, stern, gentle, or tragic—and the smiles that bloom in flames, the vows that shake the snowstorm, the tears buried in yellow sand, the crystals shattered in the leap... all become fragments of memory, piecing together this place’s brokenness. Here, may the world be resplendent.

2. Distinctive Card-Based Gameplay

     1. Your hand is limited to a maximum of 5 cards. With limited cards, more emphasis is placed on combining card effects with passive effects.

     2. During battle, you can change card effects at any time by driving “Crystal Wedges” into cards—altering card values or effects. Multiple Wedge effects can stack. Of course, not all cards can accept Wedges.

When the crystal slipper shatters, only shards remain. They become Wedges, driven into memories.

     3. Maps generated by a dice algorithm. The generation algorithm is like tossing a handful of dice onto the floor and randomly connecting them until generation is complete. No one knows what will be generated, ensuring randomness in gameplay. Colors will also help you: green can directly connect nodes, allowing high-freedom exploration.

     4. During the game, you will encounter different story choices. Different choices change the direction of the world and affect the final experience, such as unlocking new maps or hidden boss battles.

3. Who Awaits at the End of the Corridor?

At the twelfth stroke, Cinderella lost “everything.” Facing her own “end,” she fled. Along the way she was shattered, leaving only a trail of crystal shards.

Her former comrade followed the crystals in search, but in the end was bound by duty. So she put on a mask, and from then on was missing three souls and three spirits, barely surviving only to search for that “chance to usurp the world.”

To this day, the Corridor still has no end.
