Sheep Go! is a single-player action roguelite set in a world of felt.

Mom said sheep never die: they become clouds in the sky. But when a livestock truck arrives at the pasture, your companions are taken away, and Mom is captured too while helping you escape.

To bring Mom home, follow the truck's trail from the farm into town. Use your horns, wool, and strange abilities found along the way to charge through powerful foes, and gradually uncover where the sheep that left the pasture really went.

Charge with Horns, Fight with Fists

Chain horn charges as a four-legged sheep. Once you unlock the upright form, you can choose it before a run and fight with close-range punches instead. Both combat forms share the same pool of upgrade cards, each with its own attacks and combo rhythm.

Dodge incoming attacks, build energy by landing hits, then unleash skills and your ultimate. Charge up heavy blows, roll into enemies, or become a giant sheep falling from the sky: carve a path with a little sheep's body.

Mix and Match Your Abilities

Mix 14 upgrade paths with 200+ upgrade cards. Wool balls, static electricity, Sheep Shadows, summons, charms... With every reward choice, piece together your build for the current run.

Attach different abilities to actions such as basic attacks, dodges, skills, and taking hits. Make a horn charge fling a wool ball, or leave a Sheep Shadow behind when you dodge. You can also change your loadout along the way to try new synergies. Combine the right upgrade paths to unlock legendary powers such as Susano-Sheep and Thunder Flock.

Choose Your Route, Face Powerful Foes

Clear a room, claim your rewards, then choose where to go next. Find new abilities, enhance those you already have, save up forage to buy supplies at the shop, or face elites for a chance at rarer rewards.

Fire-spewing patrol vehicles, yarn monsters wielding copper needles, and butchers blocking your path each have their own moves and temperaments. Read their attack tells, dodge danger, stagger bosses, and seize their openings to unleash a focused counterattack.

A Felt World Full of Surprises

Fluffy little sheep, knitted yarn monsters, and barrels that spray booze. From farm to town, the characters and scenery look stitched together from felt and yarn.

Along the way, you may meet a pirate rabbit selling supplies, a lamp spirit who accepts wishes, and the mysterious, tough-talking "River Spirit." Talk, make choices, gain unexpected abilities and effects, and keep following Mom's trail.

Return to the Temple, Set Out Again

When a run ends in defeat, return to the Sheep Temple. Talk to sheep with distinct personalities, permanently improve stats such as health and energy, unlock the upright form, forge relics, and choose the gear to take on your next adventure.

Cards and builds start over with each new adventure. Permanent progression, unlocked forms, and relic progress carry over. Prepare differently, try another combination, and set off once more to rescue Mom. You can also save and continue an adventure that is still in progress.

Early Access Content

The current version includes the farm and some town levels, two combat forms, four-legged and upright, as well as build customization with upgrade cards, boss challenges, encounters along the way, and progression at the temple. More forms, levels, bosses, and side content are still in development.
