Buy the property your friend needs, upgrade a busy stretch of the board and collect rent when a rival lands there. Keep enough cash for your next turn—or spend it on a move that could put you ahead.
Board Dynasty is a colourful, turn-based board game for solo play against AI or up to four local players. Start with property rivalry, add weather, or switch to a different kind of contest for the next match.
Choose a rival. Make your move.
Weather tiles can hand you a chance to hit back. Choose an opponent when fire, earthquakes or asteroids arrive: damage their properties, knock down building levels or smash their upgrades. The player you target might get the next chance to return the favour.
Other events change the table for everyone. A blizzard changes rent and building costs; rain and rainbows bring opportunities. A tsunami clears owned land and buildings, opening the board for a fresh race to claim properties. It can hit your investments too.

Pick your kind of rivalry
- Normal: Buy, upgrade, trade and collect rent. Balance your next investment against the cash you need to stay in the match.
- Race: Chase four laps, collect items and use targeted abilities to disrupt rivals.
- High Stakes: Everyone secretly plays a card. The highest wins the movement prize. Spend a strong card now, or save it for a better prize?
- Time Warp: Travel between four eras as the buildings and rules change. Your cash, properties and upgrades come with you.
- Minesweeper: Take turns choosing covered tiles. Four bombs are hidden, with no number clues. Push your luck and try to be the last player standing.
There are 18 modes plus Custom rules, including property battles, survival contests and different ways to move around the board. Choose your starting cash, match length and house rules where the selected mode allows them.
Bring friends—or take on the computer
Play against AI or gather up to four players around one screen. Steam Remote Play Together also lets you share local play with friends remotely. Choose your pawn and unlock cosmetics through play.
Career gives solo players a series of events against named opponents. Pick an entry stake, protect your bank and work towards the next event.
