Welcome to Lost & Found, a first-person fantasy shop simulation where every forgotten item has an owner — but finding the right one isn't always as simple as it sounds.
You work behind the counter of a busy Lost & Found guild. Each day, new belongings arrive and customers come searching for what they've lost. Inspect items carefully, listen to their stories, follow clues, and decide whether the person standing in front of you is truly the rightful owner.
EVERY ITEM TELLS A STORY
Lost belongings can carry descriptions, identifying details, receipts, notes, photographs, markings, and other clues. Compare what you find with what customers tell you before handing anything over.
Some cases are easy. Others are designed to make you think.
RETURN ITEMS TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE
Customers will give you information about the things they've lost. Ask questions, check the evidence, and make your decision.
Give an item to the correct owner and build your reputation.
Make the wrong call and your reputation can suffer.
And not every object sitting on your shelves necessarily belongs to someone...
MANAGE YOUR LOST & FOUND
As business grows, so does the amount of work waiting for you.
Organize items on your shelves, deal with unclaimed belongings, keep track of what has come through the shop, earn gold, and improve your guild as the days become busier.
Upgrade your workspace and storage to prepare for larger crowds and increasingly complicated cases.
50 DAYS OF GROWING CHAOS
The quiet early days won't last forever.
More customers arrive.
More items pile up.
Clues become less obvious.
Decoys make identification harder.
Special visitors begin to appear.
By the later days, keeping everything organized and returning every item correctly becomes a challenge of its own.
A FANTASY WORLD FULL OF CHARACTERS
Meet adventurers, travelers, knights, rogues, mages, and other characters who each arrive with something important missing.
Some encounters are ordinary.
Others may be a little harder to explain.
Pay attention — there are secrets hidden throughout Lost & Found.
