Your AI can write code.

Now let it commit crimes.

Welcome to PTA

When a guy who can only do exactly what the program tells him, a generative AI that thinks it understands crime, and a player too lazy to even write the code themselves get dragged into a chaotic world of banks, cops, the military, and error messages, they must work together to pull off a series of stupid heists and make ridiculous amounts of money in this cold and unforgiving city. They can trust nobody, especially the one writing the code.

Stunning Artificial Intelligence

Raise the intelligence and abstraction level of your criminal plans with your own generative AI, or by writing the code yourself, including route planning, mechanism solving, police avoidance, loot optimization, understanding the PTA VI action language, and much more.

Faster Crime

Copy the map intel, paste it into your AI, and bring the generated action code back into the game to get into action faster, because route planning, mechanism solving, police avoidance, and loot decisions can now all be left to AI.

Immersive Loss of Control

Experience a whole new level of automated control through AI-generated action programs, from movement routes and mechanism interactions to police avoidance, loot selection, and many more exciting decisions. Once the action starts, all you can do is watch.

3D Error Messages

Enhanced execution feedback makes every spectacular programming decision clearly visible. Pinpoint exactly which step went wrong: the wall you walked into, the vault that would not open, the cop you forgot about, the command that could not be executed, and many more unexpected errors.

Programmable Theft Action Offline Mode

Experience PTA Offline Mode, a static, non-evolving offline universe for up to 1 player. Rise from a clueless prompt rookie into a somewhat more experienced copy-and-paste user.

No co-op heists, no stunt races, and no socializing in nightclubs, arcades, or car meets. All you need is a map, an AI, and a criminal program it just generated that may or may not actually work.

Exclusive Content

Let different AIs—or your own brain—take over the same operation and experience their unique criminal styles. Some will carefully calculate every step, some will take outrageous risks, and some will design a seemingly perfect route—only to end their criminal career at the very first wall. Switch models, prompting styles, and objectives to see what else they can turn the same heist into.

Old Career Builder

Use the essential tool of the trade (a keyboard) to begin PTA Offline Mode and choose from four careers: an idiot robot, a violent “whip” writer, a laid-off middle-aged programmer, or an acrobatic clown performer, then purchase bizarre items and possibly useful weapons to build your programming empire.
