Sort LabsSort Labs

Sort Labs thanks you for your participation in our experiment!

Sort Labs is a first-person organizational experiment conducted in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the categorization of geometric objects.

Your assignment is simple:

Put every shape where it belongs.

Sort by shape. Sort by color. Arrange each shelf from smallest to largest. Restore order to laboratories filled with cubes, spheres, pyramids, stars, prisms, and many other scientifically approved objects.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

No prior sorting experience is required.

A Place For Every Shape

Each experiment begins in a state of "controlled disorder".

Carry objects between rooms, group matching colors together, separate different shape types, and arrange every shelf into perfect order by size. Watch cluttered laboratories transform into clean, organized storage systems one object at a time.

There are no monsters, no survival mechanics, and no urgent crises. There are shapes. Many shapes. Only shapes.

Endless Experiments

The laboratory's research budget appears to be entirely dedicated to producing more things to sort.

Choose from 24 different geometric object types and create custom experiments using up to 48 sets of objects. Populate laboratories however you wish:

• A balanced mixture of every shape

• Nothing but spheres

• Familiar friends like a set of TTRPG dice

• An alarming quantity of octahedrons

• Whatever configuration best advances science

Experiment layouts are randomized each time, ensuring every assignment presents a new organizational challenge.

Organize Your Way

Whether you prefer a relaxing session or an efficient speedrun, Sort Labs supports multiple ways to play.

• Predefined experiments ranging from simple to complex

• Custom experiment creation

• Laboratories designed for 1 to 48 shape sets (Sort 8000+ items!)

• Time tracking

• Achievements

• Replayable randomized layouts

Take your time and enjoy the process, or attempt to achieve maximum sorting efficiency for the benefit of laboratory records and the advancement of science.

Featuring:

• First-person shape-sorting gameplay

• Casual and satisfying organization mechanics

• 24 geometric object types

• Customizable experiments

• Randomized layouts for new experiences every time

• Completion tracking and achievements

• Dry laboratory humor and experiment reports

• A near-endless supply of shapes requiring categorization

Sort Labs reminds all participants that geometric objects should not be consumed under any circumstances, regardless of color, shape, or apparent deliciousness. Thank you for your cooperation!
