Dr. Ryo Kurose has a condition no textbook can explain. In a closed room with a partnered woman, his body begins to react. If he lets the pressure build for too long, the strain can stop his heart. Only an intimate encounter with a woman who already has a partner can discharge it.
Blacklisted and running out of time, Ryo is recruited by Nagisa Kanzaki to work nights at the renowned Couples Relationship Recovery Center. There he meets four women whose lives are already tied to someone else—and whose private crises refuse to stay separate from his own.
Every shift forces Ryo to decide whose case comes first, which secret to protect, and how far he is willing to go. His choices can preserve a relationship, break it, or turn it into something none of them expected. Follow four interwoven routes to varied endings, brought to life with more than 70 H-scene CGs and animated scenes plus full Japanese voice acting.
The center's head nurse and operations coordinator. With her fiancé in long-term rehabilitation, Ayaka has learned to carry every burden before anyone can ask. The question is whether her next yes—or no—will finally be her own.
A former competitive tennis player kept in a secret second household by a married businessman. Quick, playful, and impossible to patronize, she arrives at the clinic with a secret hidden inside another secret.
The founder and director who brought Ryo into the clinic—and the former university senior he never quite forgot. Her marriage is affectionate, her authority absolute, and she already knows exactly what his condition can do.
A composed internist working under her maiden name. She has a warm, functional marriage and a quiet connection to Ryo's past. Yukino keeps other people alive by noticing what they try not to say.
One shift gives you two chances by day and one after dark. All four stories advance at the same time across the hospital, so choosing one visit may mean missing another. Decide whose secret to pursue now: a well-timed visit can unlock the next intimate encounter, while a missed appointment can close an entire route.
Actual English gameplay — shift planning and visible visit timing.
The campus screen shows what is available today, what is coming later, and which visits cannot wait. Choices are words and physical actions, not color-coded virtue. The game remembers responsibility, complicity, trust, self-assertion, and camouflage.
Actual English gameplay — four interwoven character records.
The ending is not decided by one last menu, but by everything you do along the way. Who Ryo visits, what he says, and how far he goes in a decisive moment leave their mark on all four relationships. He can pull a bond back from the brink, turn an affair into a double life, or expose every secret with one fatal mistake. Each heroine has distinct endings and a route-specific bad outcome; jump straight back to the turning point to chase another possibility.
