WHAT IS MYTHBOUND?
Mythbound is a competitive, third-person Norse arena brawler where players clash in team-based melee combat with advanced movement and godly abilities to capture and deliver an ancient relic.
THE GODS ARE WATCHING. GIVE THEM A FIGHT.
Those who enter the arena are the Bound, contestants who signed their souls over in exchange for something greater than themselves. Each one fights under the sponsorship of a god who trades power for spectacle.
Run, slide, kick off walls and carry your speed into melee. Combine your movement with two god-granted abilities to create openings and keep opponents under pressure.
THREE WAYS TO FIGHT
Relic Rush
Two teams fight over a central relic while defending three goals of their own. Delivering the relic to a goal destroys it. When a team loses every goal they can no longer respawn. The last team standing wins.
Team Deathmatch
Two teams battle to earn the most eliminations before the match timer reaches zero.
Free For All
Players fight without allies in a battle for survival. The most eliminations when time expires wins.
CHOOSE YOUR BOUND
Four contestants. Four divine sponsors. Each Bound brings a distinct fighting style and two god-granted abilities to the arena.
Eirik Stormbrand - Thor's Bound
Eirik enters the arena as a steadfast frontline warrior, breaking enemy formations while protecting those beside him.
Skari Gravewind - Loki's Bound
Skari darts through battle with a grin, marking vulnerable enemies before striking where they least expect her.
Alvar Tideborn - Njord's Bound
Alvar commands the battlefield like a shifting tide, pulling enemies out of position and controlling where they stand.
Yrsa Gravewind - Hel's Bound
Yrsa carries the stillness of the grave into battle, trapping enemies and draining the strength from those around her.
THREE REALMS TO FIGHT FOR
Midgard
Midgard sits at the heart of the World Tree and is home to the Bound. Its hardy people raise generations of strong warriors shaped for the arena.
Helheim
Deep beneath the roots of the World Tree, Helheim shelters forgotten souls denied entry to Valhalla. Its city of the dead is now an arena where the Bound fight to prove their worth.
Himinbjorg
High atop mountains that scrape the sky, the Bound fight in and around the palace of Himinbjorg. Home to Heimdall, it guards the gateway between Midgard and Asgard.
