Pipe it: Sketchy Plumber SimulatorPipe it: Sketchy Plumber Simulator

Pipe It is a chaotic first-person plumbing simulator for 1–4 players packed with unprecedented fluid sim, dark humor and total freedom. Inherit your grandfather’s once-glorious plumbing empire and beat-up van - now his legacy is yours to ruin or rebuild. Review client orders at the office, prep your supplies and drive out to client houses.

How you stop the leak is entirely up to you.

You’re dealing with advanced fluid simulation under bone-breaking pressure. Slap on a proper patch if you have one, or improvise when a pipe blows wide open. Jam a rubber duck, a stray pug, or your screaming buddy into the socket to stop the flood. If it seals, it’s a fix.

Grab professional-grade hardware and prepare to get filthy. Slice through rotten pipes with a screeching grinder, crank loose rusted bolts that haven't moved in forty years, weld solid seams capable of holding back massive pressure, and design and install brand-new pipe networks from scratch.

Some clogs don't go down without a full-scale war. Meet toilet horrors  head-on with three distinct solutions: heavy elbow grease on a rubber plunger, bubbling chemical compounds that burn through anything, and heavy explosives for jobs where patience has officially expired.

Every unclog is a gamble: will you score a rare treasure, trigger an avalanche of junk, or take a tidal wave of sludge directly to the teeth?

Every burst pipe leaves an indoor swimming pool behind. Tackle the aftermath using industrial drainage vacuums or team up with massive slab sponges. Soak and squeeze until the place is bone-dry and you can finally get that invoice signed.

Angle grinders aren't just for plumbing—they're master keys to private property. Use exploding pipes as cover to crack private safes, grab loose loot, and load up your trunk. Haul the hot goods to the junkyard fence for no-questions-asked cash.

Will you run an honest business or turn into full-blown kleptomaniacs? Just keep your greed in check: get busted by the cops and their fines will bankrupt your entire business.

New & high-paying clients and elite contracts won't open up while rival outfits run the streets. Take back the city block by block: shatter jaws with your bare fists, hurl a plunger—or something much heavier—to send rivals straight to heaven, entomb them alive in wet concrete, or simply gun them down. Fewer competitors, more clients...

Every completed contract and cracked safe funds your rise to the top. Trade flimsy starter tools for professional-grade rigs, heavy-duty patches, firearms, and explosives. Upgrade your garage with fine sedans to outrun trouble, or spacious pickups that pack all the loot and gear you could ever need.

Don’t forget to hit the clothing stores—if you’re going to blast pipes and take out rivals, you might as well look stylish doing it.

• 1–4 Player Chaotic Co-Op: Ruin or expand your grandfather's legacy alone or drag up to three friends into the sludge for maximum coordinated chaos.

• Realistic Fluid Simulation: High-pressure leaks, rising water levels, and real-time flooding that punish sloppy work and turn living rooms into indoor swimming pools.

• Tactile Heavy Tools: Cut corroded pipes with angle grinders, crank loose stubborn rusted bolts, weld solid seams, and route new pipe networks from scratch.

• Unhinged Solutions: Clear cursed toilet clogs with plungers, toxic chemicals, or explosives. Plug blown pipes with rubber ducks, pugs, or your teammate’s head.

• High-Powered Flood Cleanup: Drain disaster zones with industrial backpack pumps or soak up hundreds of gallons with massive sponges and squeeze them straight out the window.

• Criminal Side-Hustles: Use exploding pipes as acoustic cover to slice open client safes, pawn hot valuables to the junkyard fence, and dodge brutal police fines.

• Narrative Progression: Sometimes it’s not just random jobs. Uncover what really happened to Grandad’s empire. Become the city's favorite plumber and maybe you'll score a VIP job at the casino—where the potential payout is bigger than ever. Who knows?

• District Wars & Progression: Eliminate rival crews with bare fists, plungers, wet concrete, or guns to unlock new clients from city districts, faster sedans, roomy pickups, and fresh outfits.
