BIOLOGY IS THE ULTIMATE SANDBOX

Welcome to the Vanguard Initiative. STEMMIES™ is not just a medical simulator; it is a living, breathing kinematic ecosystem that exists directly on your screen. Powered by the proprietary TitanEngine™, you are tasked with managing a complex biological metropolis, tracking pathogen vectors, and building an unstoppable medical empire.

• Bio-Economic Domination: Trade rare bio-assets on the live Vanguard Bio-Exchange. Watch the real-time ticker to buy, sell, and fund your pathology labs on a fluctuating market.

THE SUB-VERSE: CELLULAR PHYSICS

Execute the seamless zoom protocol. Dive straight from the macro-level skyline of Titan City down into the microscopic cellular void.

• Live Hemodynamics: Manipulate the bloodstream directly. Use the Hose Tool to spray Red Blood Cells, carefully managing oxygenation levels in real-time to keep the host stable.

  • Cybernetic Navigation: Pilot the Class-5 Proteus Nano-Sub through hostile macroscopic blood vessels. Rely on your synthetic lipid hull to successfully spoof the host's MHC-I recognition system and avoid drawing immune fire.

  • Lethal Immune Swarms: Evasion is critical. If your 1000 HP armored hull is breached by stomach acid or kinetic impacts, the sub is instantly flagged as a foreign antigen—triggering a massive, lethal swarm of Macrophages and Neutrophils that will hunt you down.

• Chemical Synthesis: Access the Chemical Lab to build complex synthesis pipelines, creating and adjusting vital biological substances to fight off mutations.

• Dynamic Vitals: Monitor your patient's survival through live EKG/EEG minimalist readouts that react instantly to your interventions.

OPTICS, ACOUSTICS & KINEMATICS

The TitanEngine natively simulates advanced physics, turning the human body into a tactical puzzle.

• Tactical Optics: Deploy the Light Tool and surgical emitter nodes. Cast lasers that physically bounce, refract, and interact with biological geometry.

• Acoustic Awareness: Utilize the Nautical Acoustic Awareness (NAA) system to "see" audio waves, tracking unseen pathogens through dense tissue.

• Newtonian Controls: Master left and right-hand Newtonian physics for precise arm positioning, allowing for complex kinetic manipulation of the environment.

YOUR DIGITAL WORKFORCE

You do not have to manage the outbreak alone. Build and manage a team of ambient AI personnel to run your pathology labs while you focus on the sub-verse.

• Cross-State Ambient AI: Utilize the integrated Bio-Exchange to purchase digital personnel assets—your Interns. Watch as they exist natively within your 2D menus, then seamlessly drop into the 3D physics simulation with fully autonomous pathfinding to assist your CMO.

• Live Asset Trading: Interns are a vital workforce, but they are also a commodity. Buy rookie interns on the Vanguard Exchange, put them to work cleaning bio-waste and running logistics, and resell your experienced assets on the live market for a massive ATP profit.

EPIDEMIOLOGY & BLACK MARKET TACTICS

You cannot cure what you cannot track. When standard Academy protocols fail, you must turn to the Vanguard Black Market to procure illicit, high-tech tracking equipment to map the outbreak.

• RFID Dart Deployment: Equip specialized Black Market darts and utilize your tactical HUD to compensate for gravity and wind speed. Land precision kinetic shots on moving biological targets to establish a live telemetry link.

• Track Avian Lineages: The pathogen does not just infect individuals; it spreads through generations. Tag infected crows and use your Lidar systems to track entire avian families, monitoring their complex roosting behavior and flight paths across the macro-city grid.

• Isolate the Vector: By cross-referencing RFID flight data with environmental droppings and insectoid swarms, you can trace the mutation back to Patient Zero and deploy targeted biological countermeasures before the infection goes critical.

BOTANICAL ENGINEERING & GENETICS

The macro-city's survival depends on the synthesis of complex organic compounds. You must cultivate rare flora in the Botanist Lab to supply your chemical pipelines and pharmaceutical research.

• The Genetics Profiler: Every plant has a biological history. Cross-breed strains and track family trees across generations (G-01 to current), monitoring Max Canopy potential and intricate lifecycle stages.

• Live Soil Telemetry: The ecosystem dictates what can survive. Monitor live Soil Uplink data—including Hydration, pH levels, and Toxicity—to maintain the perfect chemical balance before your investments wither.

• ATP Acceleration & Harvesting: Cultivation is a hands-on science. Inject H2O manually, prune leaves to optimize health, or spend your harvested ATP to artificially boost cellular growth cycles before foraging the pollen yield.

YOUR NEURAL COMPANION & DESKTOP MATRIX

Experience a seamless blend of UI and gameplay. Our Kinematic Lidar system turns your menus into physical, interactive platforms.

• Desktop-Aware Physics: Drop your Chief Medical Officer (CMO) onto a UI panel and watch him physically navigate your settings menu.

• Live Telemetry AI: Driven by the Vanguard Neural Core, your CMO monitors your ATP balance, hardware limits, and what you are interacting with (Enhanced via DLC).

• Fully Voiced: Dynamic Text-to-Speech brings his logical or panicked personality to life, reacting to your successes and catastrophic lab failures (Enhanced via DLC).

  Whoo hooo!
I hope you like the game it has taken lots of work.  Please give it a try.  Lenn Dolling
