Running a vampire nightclub sounds glamorous. Until you meet the customers.
You're in charge of Club Sanguine, a rundown establishment with an unusual door policy, a staff of complete lunatics, and a very important guest on the way.
Nosferatu expects the finest nightclub in town. You've got some work to do.
VAMPIRES ONLY. CAN'T YOU READ?
Vampires and their thralls are welcome. Everyone else can get lost.
Unfortunately, humans, zombies, werewolves, demons, and every idiot with a pair of fake fangs seem determined to get inside.
Use garlic, silver, holy water, UV light, and whatever else you've got to figure out who's standing in front of you. Watch their reactions, catch them lying, and try not to mistake a werewolf for a particularly hairy vampire.
THERE'S A PLACE FOR EVERYONE.
Real vampire? Enjoy the dance floor.
Human? We could use a little more blood behind the bar.
Something nasty? Off to banishment with you.
Not quite sure? Keep them waiting while you investigate. And if someone's really getting on your nerves, there's a trapdoor for that.
Running a vampire club is thirsty work, and those drinks aren't going to fill themselves. Thankfully, we've got a perfectly functional blood collection room.
The donors seem to have mixed feelings about it.
MEET THE STAFF.
You can't run a respectable establishment without a little help.
There's Frank, our head of security. He's a lovely fellow, provided you don't give him a reason to introduce himself.
Then there's our mummy cleaner. Nobody knows why he's always in such a hurry, but the floors have never been cleaner.
You'll also have a secretary to help with hiring and improving the club. Between the three of them, things might actually get done around here.
MAKE SOMETHING OF THIS DUMP.
Every night starts in your coffin. Get up, clean the place, order some furniture, hire a few employees, and make the club look like somewhere a vampire might willingly spend an evening.
Once you're ready, ring the bell and open for business.
Make money, buy equipment, decorate, and work your way towards the kind of establishment Nosferatu might actually approve of.
Just keep an eye on who you let inside. One bad guest can start a fight, attract the police, or blow the cover of the entire vampire world.
Go broke or draw too much attention, and you'll be dragged into the sunlight.
And if Nosferatu doesn't like what you've done with the place?
Well, let's hope he's in a good mood.
Wishlist CLUB SANGUINE. Nosferatu is coming, and somebody has to run the door.
NO HUMANS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
