Moving PiecesMoving Pieces

A letter from a dead man. A house that is a puzzle demanding to be solved.  You can't die... but you can't leave either.

Moving Pieces is a first-person psychological horror puzzle adventure that strips away survival horror combat to double down on thick atmosphere, intricate mechanical locks, and tactile jigsaw gameplay.

Five years after her eccentric grandfather Arthur Harrison vanished without a trace, Elena receives a certified package containing the deed to Harrison Manor, an ancestral brass key, and a torn up letter written in his handwriting—postmarked just three weeks ago. Arriving at the isolated family estate, Elena quickly discovers that her grandfather didn't just leave her a house... he built a massive, puzzle-filled trap.

SURVIVAL HORROR ATMOSPHERE - ZERO COMBAT

Experience the claustrophobic dread, ominous environmental storytelling, and intense dopamine hit of classic survival horror without health management, weapons, or sudden player death. In Moving Pieces, tension is driven entirely by eerie audio-visual spaces, psychological gaslighting, and mind-bending physical puzzle. The mansion is your sole antagonist—a living sigil feeding on your deductive logic.

TACTILE JIGSAW WORKSPACE UNDER DURESS

Step up to the puzzle board and interact with physical, tactile jigsaw puzzles scattered across the estate.

• Assemble to Discover: Complete torn architectural drafts, shattered stained glass reliefs, and ancient celestial charts to uncover hidden codes and lock sequences.

• Tabletop Sabotage: As the cosmic influence of the manor takes hold, your workspace is actively targeted as jigsaw pieces get up and move around the board when you're not looking at them.

PHYSICAL PUZZLES

Explore the mansion, from cobwebbed attic rafters down to a [strike][REDACTED][/strike] and solve complex physical mechanisms based on survival-horror tropes like:

• Rotating concentric rings and dials.

• Turn the planetary rings of a Grand Celestial Orrery.

• Route electricity through rotatable grids.

• Match harmonic sine waves on CRT oscilloscope monitors.

A PUZZLING ESTATE

Harrison Manor is a large scale 3D puzzle box. Every major breakthrough opens up the mansion: new corridors, sliding bookcases, hidden passages. Unlock fast-travel shortcuts across the house and discover the secrets buried beneath the floorboards.
