At first, she only wanted to pay off the debt.

Later, she would learn that money was never the hardest thing to account for.

Secret Massage is an adult visual novel combining monthly management, character growth, and story choices. Learn skills, plan services, and spend time outside the shop as you accompany Yurou through the tangled demands of money, intimacy, and her own sense of self.

Eighteen years old. A debt she never incurred becomes her daily life.

Her parents disappear, leaving behind NT$6 million in debt. Before Yurou can decide what her future should look like, she is forced to work in a massage shop to repay it. A small room at the shop becomes her home, and unfamiliar faces become part of every day.

She does not know the work, or how far a conversation should go. Should she laugh along with a joke? Can she trust a gesture of kindness? When life gives her no room to stop, she can only learn a little at a time.

You will accompany her through more than a succession of working months. You will be there for the moments that quietly change her.

Stay with her from eighteen to thirty-five.

From avoiding a stranger's gaze to learning to negotiate, defend her boundaries, and acknowledge her own desires, this is a life that changes year by year.

• Inexperience: getting through today. Afraid of making mistakes and disappointing others, she hides her discomfort behind a smile. Each appointment is another day she has to endure.

• Adaptation: learning to read people. She begins to understand what goes unsaid, and what earns trust, repeat customers, and a better income. The feeling of being needed becomes harder to give up.

• Maturity: getting to know herself again. When pleasing others becomes a skill, saying no takes courage. Are her choices driven by her own wishes, or by a habit of accommodating everyone else?

Full-game development goals: a journey from ages 18 to 35, more than 300 CG illustrations, and a story of approximately 400,000 Chinese characters.
These are planned production targets, not amounts of content already completed. The final scope is subject to change. The text-length target refers to the Chinese script, not an English word count.

Is a massage really all a customer is paying for?

Some people want to relax. Some want to be heard. Others seek intimacy, recognition, dependence, or obedience.

Yurou is not simply an observer. A tip can express gratitude, but it can also carry an expectation. Someone's care may feel reassuring long before its conditions become clear.

As people draw closer, she will confront her own loneliness, vanity, dependence, and curiosity. Wanting recognition, a better life, or love is nothing to be ashamed of. Yet those wishes can lead in very different directions.

When kindness, self-interest, and desire exist in the same person, how will you understand them—and Yurou herself?

Learning: from unfamiliar work to skills of her own.

Practice hands-on technique, or learn to understand customers? Choose skills across Expertise, Empathy, Charm, and Sensuality, develop her attributes, and build proficiency step by step.

See the learning requirement, her current attribute, and the remaining gap at a glance. Each skill has three levels, with further skills revealed through progression. Read the description before deciding where to spend her tuition money.

Work: the same month, a different plan.

Build a service combination from learned skills using illustrated cards. See how each arrangement affects prices, customer numbers, tips, and work stress before committing to the month.

The previous combination carries over automatically, while newly learned or upgraded skills receive a notification. Base values and skill bonuses are displayed separately, with gross income shown before commission. At month-end, settle the expenses to see what she actually keeps.

Choose a primary customer group as well as her skills. Compare the experience gains from older, blue-collar, and white-collar customers side by side, so each arrangement contributes to a different personal history.

Going out: meet again beyond the shop door.

An encounter at work can lead to another outside it. Going out offers more than stress relief: it also triggers events involving different characters. Take a seat at the izakaya, where a drink and an unhurried conversation may reveal something the service relationship does not.

After caring for so many people, who will care for her? Earn, learn, go out, and spend a little on comfort. Becoming better at smiling does not make life any lighter.

At thirty-five, how will she look back on her eighteen-year-old self?

First, accompany her through the days for which nobody else can offer an easy answer.
