Open your first restaurant in a real city.
Tokyo, Bangkok, Berlin, London and New York. Maps built from real geographic data depict roads, railways, stations, buildings and rivers, setting the stage for your business.
Study demand heatmaps, local market characteristics and competitors' restaurant locations, then weigh up property costs to choose where to open. Decide what to sell and at what price, secure the funds to get started, then advance one week to see how your restaurant performs.
Build a thriving restaurant and decide where to reinvest its profits. The decisions you make at your first location lay the groundwork for more restaurants, international expansion and company acquisitions.
Give your restaurants an edge through products and operations
Combine buns, patties, cheese and vegetables to develop burgers. Expand your menu with sides and drinks, balancing quality and cost against development budgets and timelines.
Reach more customers with affordable prices, or raise quality and charge more. Adjust service levels, equipment and interior quality levels to balance revenue and operating costs. Bring product development, pricing and restaurant investment together to build a profitable business.
Turn one restaurant's success into a growing chain
Reinvest profits in your next location, or use loans to expand faster. Plan for pre-opening expenses and loan repayments, weighing available cash and investment returns to set your pace of growth.
As your chain grows, manage product prices and sales policies across locations and delegate operations. Invest in headquarters functions and advertising as you expand into new cities.
Broaden your business through acquisitions and investment
Acquire competitors, inject capital into subsidiaries and choose management policies for your group. Alongside opening your own locations, you can expand by bringing other companies into your business.
Invest in stocks and real estate, and set policies for dividends and executive pay. Put funds into expansion, repay loans, invest or return profits to shareholders. Manage company assets and your personal assets separately, and decide how to put your profits to work.
