No Scope CEO puts you in the founder's chair of an FPS esports team. You recruit the players, develop their strategies and run the whole organization. But once the round starts, you're not the one holding the mouse.
Your players are far more than a few stat lines. How they answer you, what they are chasing and how they hold up under pressure matter just as much as their aim.
FROM FIVE NOBODIES TO WORLD NUMBER ONE
WON ROUND BY ROUND. BUILT SEASON BY SEASON
The better your team knows a map, the further you can move past the standard setups and design your own plays. Tactics not your thing? Let your IGL handle the calls and focus on recruiting, training and growing your org.
WATCH YOUR DECISIONS COME TO LIFE
When the round starts, your players have to live with every decision made before the match.
Follow the pushes, the space they take, the gunfights, the rotations, the plants and the retakes. Sightlines, weapons, economy and utility genuinely shape how a round plays out.
EVERY CHOICE COSTS YOU SOMETHING
Every decision has consequences. Overloading practice can burn your players out, a clumsy statement can drive the fans away, and a losing streak can make your sponsors nervous. Results, morale, popularity and budget are tightly linked: your choices can turn a small org into a benchmark for the scene, or start a spiral that is very hard to stop.
NOBODY REACHES WORLD NUMBER ONE BY ACCIDENT
From the National League to the Continental League and on to the World stage, every tier puts tougher teams in your way. Each one has its own identity, its own stars and its own way of playing. Train your players, make the right decisions, learn from every loss and push past your limits. That's how you climb all the way to world number one.
