You are the Doctor — a lone specialist working inside a clinical sci‑fi world where every patient is a puzzle, every treatment is a system to solve, and every decision pushes humanity toward its next evolution.
As the operator of the Genominator, a prototype DNA-modification device, you route nucleotides through modular components, solve automation‑driven treatment challenges, and upgrade your tools to handle increasingly complex cases. Each patient presents a branching clinical chart where you choose your path, unlock new components and improve your deck of treatment cards.
But behind the scenes, a powerful biotech megacorporation - the Lixhecore Global - is shaping the future of human evolution — and not for the better. As you progress, you uncover its secrets, confront its leader, and push the Genominator beyond its intended limits. Your upgrades, your choices, and your mastery of the system determine whether humanity evolves… or collapses.
Genomino blends automation puzzles, strategic planning, and roguelite progression into a replayable clinical adventure where every run feels different.
